I've never had a short lunch meeting with Scott Montgomery. He always has stories to tell and one day he outlined the storyline of The Final Frontier to me. I knew the perfect location! A road-trip ensued and as we pulled into the only convenience store in the tiniest coastal town, there was a man viewing old movies on the exterior wall of the building. Serendipity! We returned with a small crew and captured most of the footage in a couple of days. The loveliest collaboration yielded an award-winning 2-minute short story.
